PURPOSE: A paste overflow blocking device of a metal mold for manufacturing an ice cream cone cookie is provided to block the overflow of paste by a blocking projection, and to prevent the paste from sticking by coating a contact surface between an upper part and a lower part of the metal mold. CONSTITUTION: A fastening groove(2) is formed on the end part of an upper part(1) of a metal mold, and a slanted guiding part(3) is formed through both sides of the fastening groove(2). A main groove is formed on the end part of a lower part(4) of the metal mold and a blocking projection(5) is fastened to the main groove. A contact surface between the upper and the lower parts of the metal mold is coated to prevent the paste from sticking.
