PURPOSE: Disclosed is a grill with radiant heat plate to heat cooking ingredients like meat using only radiant heat by cut off heat transfer passage due to conduction or convection current, to be well-done by penetrating radiant heat of hot wire wavelength containing far infrared rays to food stuff deeply. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for roasting with radiant heat plate is characterized by installing radiant heat plate in left and right side of the top part(1); unifying top part(1) with bottom part(3) and a supporting rod(6); heating food stuff placed on grill of middle plate(2) with radiant heat down-radiated from radiant heat plate installed on the top part(1) by placing middle plate(2) on the supporting rod(6) by using feeder(5); heating to discharge ascending heat current through discharge hole of top part; heating food stuff with radiant heat by cutting off heat transfer due to current and contact.
