STRUCTURE FOR FIXING MAGNET OF LINEAR MOTOR FOR COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: Fixing structure of a magnet of a linear motor is provided to keep reliability of a compressor regular without regard to removing of a magnet by fixing plural magnets to outside of a cylindrical magnet frame tightly. CONSTITUTION: Plural magnets(M) are adhered to corresponding magnet mounting grooves by a bonding agent. A magnet fixing member(100) is coiled to outside of each magnet to press the magnets to a magnet frame(11). Then, a magnet assembly having the coiled magnet fixing member is treated in a hardening furnace during set time depending on hardening conditions of prepreg. Thereby, the magnets are fixed to the magnet frame firmly. The magnet fixing member is made by prepreg having a seat form by mixing of fiber(110) and resin(120). The outside of the magnets is wound on the magnet fixing member. The resin of the magnet fixing member is hardened without a gap between each magnet and the magnet fixing member. Therefore, the magnet fixing member corresponds to height difference between the magnets flexibly and fixes all of the magnets regularly.
