PURPOSE: The triple fusion gene being capable of simultaneously transferring a drug resistant gene, a green fluorescent protein gene and a drug sensitive gene, and expression vectors containing the same gene are provided, which are useful in various fundamental genetic experiments. CONSTITUTION: The triple fusion gene represented by sequence ID No. 1 described as in the description can simultaneously transferring a drug resistant gene, a green fluorescent protein gene and a drug sensitive gene, in which the drug resistance is puromycin resistance, the drug sensitive gene is a Herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase (HSV-tk) gene. The expression vectors containing the triple fusion gene are selected from Retroviral vectors, Adenoviral vectors, Adeno-associated viral vectors, Herpesviral vectors, baculoviral vectors or general plasmid vectors.
