PURPOSE: To set a dial inhibit mode only with a call from other telephone set without the need for a password, to a missing portable telephone set. CONSTITUTION: When a portable telephone set receives calls of the same model or the same number by a setting number of times for a setting incoming call time T (steps 106-113), the portable telephone set sounds an incoming tone at a highest tone volume (step 115), displays a setting left behind message (step 116), and goes into a dial inhibit state (steps 117-119). Since no password is required for this processing, and no channel connection is needed, no charge is placed.
