PURPOSE: Disclosed is a roaster with double heat plate to maintain temperature of heat plate properly by blowing circulation air between double heat plates by circulating cool outer air inhaled by fan to the space between inner tub and outer tub, to prevent scorch of meat and smoke generation by heating upper plate with radiant heat of lower plate after heating lower plate of heat plate with charcoal fire and gas burner fire. CONSTITUTION: The roaster with double heat plate is characterized by consisting of a body of an inner tub(3) and an outer tub(2); a fan(5) rotated by a motor(4) between the inner tub(3) and the outer tub(3); a charcoal fire tub(6) or a gas burner at the inner center of the inner tub(3) having a broth saucer(7) around the charcoal fire tub(6); a heat plate(14) on top of the broth saucer(7); a lower plate(10) with inner heat source directly; an upper plate(8) with radiant heat of the lower plate(10); blowing to the space between upper plate(8) and lower plate(10) after circulating by inhaling outer air between the inner tub(3) and the outer tub(2) with the fan(5).
