PURPOSE: An yellow soil panel for a construction interior and a panel manufacturing process are provided to radiate the helpful components in a human body generating from yellow soil and rosin and to prevent a crack by a contraction and expansion. CONSTITUTION: A installing member(10) is stiffened by a partition for the regular size of a grid space(13). A yellow soil block(20) is compressed to form many holes in each room of the installing member. Shields are bonded in the front and rear side of the yellow soil block. A stiffening plate with many holes is fixed in the outside of the outer installing member(10) to be attached to the surface of the outer shield. A finishing paper is bonded on the surface of the inner shield. The shield is a natural fiber, and the finishing paper is a Korean paper. The manufacturing process is as follows; a step pasting yellow soil; a step forming yellow soil block; a step bonding the shield in both sides of the installing member; a step fixing the stiffening plate; and a step bonding the finishing paper.
