PURPOSE: A non-contacting rechargeable battery pack using electromagnetism and a charger thereof are provided to charge the battery pack regardless of the model and the manufacturer of the battery. CONSTITUTION: The non-contacting rechargeable battery pack includes a magnetic receiver(20), a rectifier(22), a DC/DC converter(23), a battery cell(24), a charge controller(25) and a display(26). Here, the magnetic receiver(20) generates current by supplying the coil(21b) of the core(21a) with magnetic force. the charge controller(25) detects and controls the charge voltage. The charger thereof includes a frequency converter(31), a magnetic field generator(32), a magnetic field induction plate(33) and a current adjuster(34). Here, the magnetic field generator(32) generates the magnetic field by flowing the current from the frequency converter(31) across the coil(32b) of the core(32a). The current adjuster(34) adjusts the supply of the current into the coil(32b).
