Separator for dispersion flow separation of pulverized materials

Pulverized material is separated by the action of a spiral turbulent stream of air that exhibits velocity axial component acting in the vortex external area against gravity direction and in the vortex internal area accordant with gravity direction. The invented separator consists of a rotor (1) having in its lower section a hole (3) and along its circumference blades (2), further a spreading disk (6) a fixed casing with material inlet (5), a hopper (9) air exhaust (11) and product discharge (16), whereby separation air spiral inlet (10) being situated underneath the rotor (1) level passes in upward direction away into a lower conical section (12) up to the rotor (1) bottom part level and above said conical section (12) there is performed an upper conical section (13) passing away into a cylindrical section (7) terminated by a cover (8), while the separation air spiral inlet (10) passes in downward direction into the hopper (9).
