<p>The cutter is mounted in a frame which can swivel down to a fixed stop (10,12) and is operated by lift cylinders (14) engaging on a cross bar (18) which is mounted at both ends displaceable in slit guides (20,21) of the side walls (5,6) of the frame. Double acting lift cylinders starting from the operating position swivel the frame down to the stop and with the remaining stroke move the cross bar in the slit guides and thereby swivel out the cutter lever (23) which is swivelled in through counter movement by the cross bar and spring elements to raise up the frame.</p> |
