The electronic circuit carrier, in particular, in the form of a circuit board (10) comprises areas (11) which are left free from solder stop lacquer (12), and have a size at least equal to the critical heat-radiating surfaces of the electronic components (1, 2) in danger of overheating mounted on these areas. Also claimed is method for producing such circuit boards. It involves use of screen printing techniques for lacquering of the circuit board.
