PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary plate device capable of disposing a stationary plate stably in a stationary state and a rotor device having the stationary plate. SOLUTION: A rolling bearing 54 is mounted in the inside of a cylinder part 30 of a fixing member 18, and a projection 34 of an intermediate member 20 previously mounted with weight 50 is mounted on the rolling bearing 54. A rolling bearing 56 is mounted on a recessed part 32c in the intermediate member 20, and a cylinder part 42 of the stationary plate 22 mounted with weight 52 is mounted on the rolling bearing 56. A cover 24 is mounted on the fixing member 18. The fixing member 18 of the static plate device 10 with such a structure is fixed to a wheel member 16. |
