PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten aluminum plated steel panel having a hue stable over a long period of time and excellent weatherability when used as a metal building material of a roof or a wall. SOLUTION: A molten aluminum plated steel panel excellent in watherability is constituted by providing an organic resin film layer, which contains 0.1-20% of a wax component and 0.3-20% of a metal Al powder in a coating film mass ratio after drying so as to satisfy relation of wax mass/metal Al powder mass=0.1 or more and comprises the remainder of a transparent resin, on the uppermost surface of a molten aluminum plated steel panel. This steel panel may have a chemical forming treatment film containing at least one of Cr, Si, P and C at the interface of the organic resin film layer and an aluminum plating layer and 7-25 mass % of Cr may be contained in a matrix steel panel.
