PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-voltage parts such as a fly-back transformer or a high-voltage CR block used in the high-voltage generating circuit of a television receiving set or a display device to be improved in insulation properties and moisture-resistant properties. SOLUTION: A high-voltage part is equipped with a cylindrical high-voltage lead wire outlet formed in an insulating case and a sealing member which seals up the tip of the lead wire outlet, where the sealing member is formed of elastic substance and equipped with a flange to cold-weld the cylindrical high-voltage lead wire outlet. |
