PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated rubber bearing with a plug, with the plug not biting into a rubber plate even if large shear deformation is applied and having satisfactory initial performance maintained over a long period. SOLUTION: This laminated rubber bearing is formed by pressing an elasto- plastic body plug 16 in a through-hole of a laminated rubber body 11 formed, by alternatively laminating a plurality of rigid plates 13 and a plurality of rubber elastic plates 12. It the shearing elastic module of the rubber elastic plate 12 of the laminated rubber body 11 is taken as Gkgf/cm2 and the primary and secondary shape coefficients are taken as S1, S2 respectively, the following conditions are satisfied: G<=3.0, S1>=20, and S2>=4.0. 3.0<G<=3.5, S1>=20, and S2>=3.5. 3.5<G<=4.0, S1>=20, and S2>=3.0. 4.0<G<=4.5, S1>=20, and S2>=2.5.
