<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a production plan suitable for a production line consisting of forming processes and working processes by considering not only the production adjustment of the forming processes but also the production adjustment of the working processes. SOLUTION: The production planning system is provided with a production process allocation part for allocating parts and products to multiple forming processes and working processes on the basis of the number of products required to be replenished as stocks, a load judgmnet part 1c to be a load adjusting means for executing the load adjustment of a forming process and a working process generating load over when the parts and the products are allocated to respective processes by the allocation part 1b, a process-to-be-processed determination part 1d, and a production amount adjustment part 1e. A production plan is created by allocating respective parts to practical forming processes on the basis of the required quantity of adjustment after adjusting the loads of respective processes by the load adjusting means.</p> |
