PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container having a cap in which a sealing characteristic can be positively maintained even if an inner side of the container becomes a positive pressure. SOLUTION: A cap 1 has a substantially circular top plate 3, shoulders (5, 6) placed more outward than a circumferential edge of the top plate, a cylindrical part 8 extending downward from the shoulders and a plurality of lags 9 projected toward an inner diameter of the cylindrical part 8. A substantially cylindrical port 2 opened upwardly is provided with a plurality of engaging threads 15 at its outer circumferential surface. The shoulder of the cap 1 has a substantially horizontal lateral shoulder 5 corresponding to a position of an upper end top 11 of the port 2, and a vertical shoulder 6 extending substantially in a downward direction from the lower end edge of the lateral shoulder 5 and corresponding to the position of the upper end side wall 12 of the port 2. The rear sides of the lateral shoulder 5 and the vertical shoulder 6 are provided with a seal member 10 which can be abutted against the upper end top 11 and the upper end side wall 12 of the port 2. |
