PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work flow system where the shortest path is estimated to finish circulation of a workflow item, the estimated path is shown on a screen when the item is given, the final day, when every approver can stay in an office building before his time limit and a mail is automatically transmitted on the estimated date for requesting the approval. SOLUTION: The shortest path is estimated for finishing circulation of a workflow item, according to the results which are obtained to the past items of every approver from an item data 111, and the estimated route is shown when the item is given. Meanwhile, a monitoring part 107 acquires the number of days when the approver can stay in an office building per week, calculates the last day, when the approver can stay in the office building before his time limit and can automatically transmit a mail on the final day for requesting the approval. As a result, countermeasures can be urged previously to the delay of the workflow item. |
