PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing bar mounting method for an anchor plate capable of attaching the anchor plate having desired capability on a main reinforcement simply and excluding waste from the viewpoint of design and material as much as possible. SOLUTION: An anchor plate 3 having a desired bearing area is tightened in a screw element 2 which is provided with an effective diameter larger than a diameter of a reinforcing bar and is brought into friction pressure-contact with an end part of a main reinforcement 1A composed of deformed reinforcing bars by expecting a pressure-contact burr 4 generated when it is brought into friction pressure-contract. When the anchor plate having a desired size is mounted, a size of the screw element is selected in advance and it is brought into friction pressure-contact with the reinforcing bar 1. If it is engaged with the screw element 2, the anchor plates having different sizes can be mounted each time. As a result, it is possible to provide the anchor plate having general- purpose property and improve the fixing property of the main reinforcement on a column and a beam.
