METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT-BASED FORMED BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cement-based formed board excellent in molding property and mechanical strength by capable of forming a cement-containing W/O type emulsion composition excellent in stability by using a small amount of an emulsifying agent. SOLUTION: This method for producing the cement-based board by forming the cement-containing W/O type emulsion composition consisting of the cement, water, an oily substance and an emulsifying agent, is characterized by using the emulsifying agent obtained by blending (a) a condensation reaction product obtained by performing the dehydrating condensation of an 8-24 C higher fatty acid with a specific amine, (b) at least >=1 kind of compounds selected from a specific alkylaminopropylamine, alkyliminobispropylamine or their alkylene oxide adducts and (c) a metal salt of an organic sulfonic acid.
