PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the mutual rotation of a pair of pipes constituting a joint applicable to a water pipe bridge. SOLUTION: In a socket 12, formed in the end of one pipe 11 jointed to the other, a spigot 14 formed in the end of the other pipe 13 is inserted. First protrusions 26, 41 are formed on the outer face of the socket 12, while second protrusions 28, 42 are formed on the outer face of the spigot 14 in an area where it is not inserted in the socket 12. The protrusions 26, 41 and the second protrusions 28, 42 are connected to each other via connection members 30, 45.
