PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately check the bottom excavation level for an outdoor drain pipe by a worker alone. SOLUTION: A slope adjuster 2 can be mounted to a connecting pipe 11 projected to a drainage basin 10 by mounting legs 4A and 4B, the slope of a laser pointer 3 provided to the slope adjuster 2 is adjusted by the slope adjuster 2, and a laser beam 3A from the laser pointer 3 can be set as a reference level line of the bottom excavation level check for constructing an outdoor drain pipe connected to the drainage basin 10.
