PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting processing method which can execute the input processing and almost simultaneously prepare a document such as financial statements. SOLUTION: This accounting operation processing method consists of a 1st step in which the spreadsheet software that can prepare an accounting operation picture composed of grid-like cells including input setting cells and output display cells is stored in an install (a), a 2nd step in which a function formula and/or a calculating formula that decides numerical values to be displayed is stored in the output display cells on the basis of numerical values inputted in the output display cells (b), a 3rd step in which the accounting operation picture consisting of at least N pieces of different configurations is accessed and expanded and arranged on a display (c), a 4th step in which the method a prescribed numerical value is inputted in an prescribed input setting cell (d), and a 5th step in which a prescribed operation with the function formula and/or calculating formula is performed on the basis of the inputted prescribed numerical value, a numerical value expressing operation results is displayed in a prescribed display cell to complete each of the accounting operation pictures. |
