<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit having an improved synchronizing characteristic, comparatively reducing a space area occupied by clock circuit constitution and circuits related to the constitution on an integrated circuit chip, shortening time required for data to pass a latch, and capable of increasing the number of functions allowed to be executed on the chip. SOLUTION: An integrated circuit suited so as to respond to a clock wave source and a data signal is provided with a one-shot having an input terminal connected so as to respond to the clock wave source. The one-shot is adjusted so as to output pulses in accordance with the cycle of the clock. Although each pulse is substantially less than l/2 the cycle of a clock wave, the pulse has sufficiently long and finite duration in order to corresponding to a clock skew. Multiple latches or other circuits responding to the clock are connected in parallel so as to respond to pulses outputted by the one-shot.</p> |
