PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply install on a structure in a short time without reducing the strength of the structure, to withdraw in a short time, and to measure a three-dimensional deflection distribution accurately. SOLUTION: This device has such characteristics that the bottom surface of a box-shaped adapter 35 having an open upper part one size larger than a box-type clinometer 1 is bonded to the structure 29 with an adhesive 39, and that, after laying extremely fine particles 37A on the inside of the adapter 35, the box-type clinometer 1 is placed on the laid extremely fine particles 37A, and that thereafter the extremely fine particles 37B are filled in an aperture between the box-type clinometer 1 and the adapter 35 to fix the box-type clinometer 1. This method has such characteristics that plural box-type clinometers are installed at proper intervals in the longitudinal direction of the structure, and that inclinations in two directions, namely, the longitudinal direction and the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, of the structure are measured simultaneously by each box-type clinometr, and that thereafter the three-dimensional deflection distribution is measured based on the measured inclination data in each two direction.
