PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit laser-output fluctuation resulting from rotary polarization generated by a mode hopping. SOLUTION: A beam splitter is set so that the crossing line of the beam splitter inclined at an arbitrary angle to an optic axis and a vertical plane to the optic axis is inclined at 45 deg. in the two mutually orthogonal polarization directions of laser oscillation light.
