PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a connecting part in the swivel of a monitor camera installed outdoor from being loosened due to vibration by wind. SOLUTION: A camera fixing table for placing the camera case of the monitor camera and a vertically rotating shaft for rotating the camera fixing table in the vertical direction around a horizontal shaft are connected with plural pins. Further, the vertically rotating shaft and a vertically rotating gear are fixed and connected with a through bar. Though the vibration due to wind continues long hours, the connection of the camera fixing table and the vertically rotating shaft and the connection of a vertically rotating shaft and the vertically rotating gear will not be loosened, since they are not connected with screws.
