PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the electrolyte which enhances a stability and a conductivity of a lithium ion. SOLUTION: A polymer is selected from a group consisting of polyacrylonitrile, polyethylenediacrylate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinylidene fluoride and mixture thereof, and a gel-like membrane containing a ceramics material selected from a group consisting of aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, titanium oxide, zirconium oxide and mixture thereof is used. |
