PURPOSE:To smoothly operate a vertical synchronous linear motor irrespective of the position of a secondary-side mobile magnet by sharply reducing the thrust ripple of the linear motor. CONSTITUTION:A fixed trust is always supplied to a secondary-side mobile magnet 4 by connecting the phase and amplitude of the sine wave current supplied to the primary-side armature magnet 3 of each phase while such a condition that the sum of the current value of each phase of a three-phase alternating current is satisfied in a current waveform generator 5 in a driving device 2. |
