PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost, simplify the assembling work, minimize the generation of defectives, and ensure the fixation of a surface glass and a facing plate to an instrument case. SOLUTION: When a facing plate 23 is set to an instrument case 25, a cutout 43 between flanges 41 of the facing plate 23 is matched with a fitting hole 39 of an instrument case 25. When a fitting claw 37 is fitted to the fitting hole 39 in order to install a surface glass 27 to the instrument case 25 in this state, a projection 47 of the surface glass 27 is allowed to abut on the flange 41 of the facing plate 23, whereby the facing plate 23 is laid in the state nipped and fixed between the instrument case 25 and the surface glass 27.
