PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning device to prevent the occurrence of a deviation in an operation time due to unevenness in a clock, and perform operation at a time zone, at which power rates are low, during storage of heat, in an air-conditioning device. SOLUTION: A standard time receiving means 1 receives a time information signal at intervals of a specified time and standard time information is outputted to a time regulating means 2. Thereby, the time regulating means 2 repairs a present time at intervals of a specified time. Thus, a present time is corrected to a standard time at intervals of a specified time. Since the present time is correct to the standard time, there is no deviation in a standard time and heat storage operation is started. Thus, heat is stored without any deviation in a time zone where power rates are low and a running cost is suppressed.
