PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication adaptor that monitors communication quality of itself and informs a user of trouble and a cause to trouble on its occurrence. SOLUTION: The wireless communication adaptor ADA, which connects a key telephone set 5 to a general public line REG and also connects the key telephone set 5 to a mobile phone 3 to attain a speech between an external telephone set and the key telephone set 5 through the intervention of the mobile phone 3, is provided with a monitor means that always monitors an operating state of the mobile phone 3 and with a display panel DISP that displays an event detected by the monitor means.
