摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a recovered clock corresponding to a stream transmission block even when supply of a broadcast stream is interrupted. SOLUTION: A frequency storage section 31 is provided to a post-stage of a frequency acquisition section 21 to store an acquired clock frequency when acquired timing in the frequency acquisition section 21 is active. Thus, even when a broadcast stream 1 is interrupted, a comparison section 23 compares the acquired clock frequency stored as above with a recovered frequency of the recovered clock 4 to generate a speed control signal and supplies it to an oscillation circuit 25. As a result, even when the supply of the broadcast stream 1 is interrupted, the oscillation circuit 25 is not oscillated at an extreme frequency but oscillated in the vicinity of the frequency acquired finally.
