PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically execute an optional program loaded on a program loaded file transferred through a network only once. SOLUTION: A file execution processing part 52 executes the program of a file 51 for execution and a file reception part 53 subscribes and outputs the program loaded file 41 transferred through the network 3 to the file 51 for the execution. An execution control part 55 cyclically activates the file execution processing part 52 at the interval of data set in an execution information setting file 54. The file execution processing part 52 rewrites and outputs a program non-loaded file 57 to the file 51 for the execution every time the program execution of the file 51 for the execution is ended.
