PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of preventing forgery, without hindering copying of an ordinary original. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a correspondence degree detecting part 6 for detecting the degree as to whether image data corresponds to an image formation inhibiting article, a color tone changing part 7 for changing the color tone of the image data, when the correspondence degree is high, and an image-forming part 2 for forming an image on a recording medium, based on this image data where the color tone is changed.
