PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter for a liquid crystal and a method of producing the filter by which cutting in an electrode line can be surely prevented. SOLUTION: This color filter has the features that color layers 4 of a plurality of colors consisting of color photosensitive resin materials 7, 8 are formed in the desired order on the surface of a transparent substrate 2, a light-shielding mask 3 is formed and a transparent electrode 5 is formed thereon, and thereby the end parts of respective color layers 4 are adjacent to each other under the light-shielding part 3a. |
