CHIP ANTENNA MOUNT STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip antenna mount structure that fixes and electrically connects a chip antenna 30 to a high frequency circuit board 20 without use of soldering. SOLUTION: A positioning fixing member 32 consists of a box made of an elastic body and whose upper side is open for fitting and insertion of the chip antenna 30, where an engagement projection 34 which prevents the fitted and inserted chip antenna 30 from coming off is provided to both opening ends of side plates of the box and a through-hole 36 is formed to a bottom plate of the box while facing a feeding point 16 of the fitted and inserted chip antenna 30. A spring connector 40 having a moving plunger at its both ends is press- fitted to the through-hole 36. The positioning fixing member 32 is fixed to the high frequency circuit board 20 while the through-hole 36 faces an antenna input terminal 22. The chip antenna 30 is fitted and inserted to the positioning fixing member 32 to be fixed to the high frequency circuit board 20 and the feeding point 16 is electrically connected to an antenna input terminal 22 via the spring connector 40.
