PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a delete key to cancel an inputted numerical value is required when the numerical value is erroneously inputted, a space for the delete key is hard to be provided in a small controller and prompt correction when a user notices of an error an error is hard to be taken. SOLUTION: This numerical value setting device is provided with a display part capable of displaying a plurality of numerical values, a first operating for selection and switching, a second operating part to change numerical values and a control part to control the device so that the change of the settings of the set numerical value to be registered inside the device is established after lapse of prescribed time from immediately after changing operation of the numerical values, only signal input from the second operating part is validated in a time zone from immediately after the changing operation of numerical values to the establishment of the change of settings after of the prescribed time and all the plurality of changeable numerical values to be displayed on a screen are changed to optional values only by the first operating part and the second operating part.
