PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support capable of preventing damage of piping due to vibration propagated, from a base material at the time of supporting the piping small in bore diameter and low in strength such as instrument piping on the bass material for laying construction. SOLUTION: A piping insertion part 19 is formed on a dividing part of an elastic block body 11 free to divide into two, and piping is clamped in and held in the piping insertion part 19. Thereafter, the elastic block body 11 is integrated and fastened by a fastening member made of a sleeve 24, a long bolt 25 and a nut 26 in a state of clamping it by presser members 15, 16 after holding the piping. Thereafter, the whole of a support is bolt-fixed on a bass material for laying construction by using an installation part 18 provided on the presser member 16.
