The present invention relates to a skate board which can exercise the whole body because the skate board moves forward by pulling and releasing a wire. The present invention diversely obtains the forward driving force of the skate board, and bends and straightens the whole body besides the exercise for stamping foot by moving forward the skate board only with pulling and releasing the wire. The skate board comprises: a bicycle sprocket for driving coupled to a bicycle sprocket for a rear wheel in which a rear wheel is coupled by a chain; a spring device installed in a rotary shaft coupled to the bicycle sprocket for driving to supply restoring force; and a wire wound on the rotary shaft to supply rotation force to the upper part of a foothold. |
