PURPOSE: A web site member registration method is provided to increase the convenience of a user by enabling the user to input information and data of the user so as to become a member of a web site. CONSTITUTION: It is confirmed whether a user computer is connected to the internet using a microprocessor(S11). In case that the user computer isn't connected to the internet, basic information and data are displayed on a monitor of the user computer(P21). In case that the user computer is connected, information and data on a free web site are displayed on the monitor(P22). It is judged whether a user becomes a member(S12). In case that the user doesn't become a member, it is moved to an initial homepage(P23). In case that the user becomes a member, a list for the free web site is displayed on the monitor(P24). It is judged whether the user becomes a member of the free web site(S13). In case that the user doesn't become a member, a congratulation message is displayed on the monitor within a fixed time(P27). The user inputs recommender information to an item for the recommender information displayed on the monitor(P25). Cyber money accumulated by the recommender is provided to the member in case that the member becomes a member of the free web site(P26).
