FULL COLOR ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A full color organic electroluminescence device and its manufacturing method are provided to prevent the edge of the positive electrode layer from current short phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: The full color organic electroluminescence device comprises a positive electrode layer(104) formed over the glass substrate(102) having an arbitrary pattern and growing to one direction, an insulating layer(106) formed between the positive electrode layer and the glass substrate, a hole transport layer(110) and an organic electroluminescence layer(114) formed over the positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer(116) formed over the organic electroluminescence layer and the insulating layer, and a package layer(118) formed over the negative electrode layer. The insulating layer is formed up to more high position than the positive electrode layer. The organic electroluminescence layer grows with the same direction of the positive electrode layer. The negative electrode layer grows vertically with respect to the organic electroluminescence layer and has an arbitrary pattern.
