PURPOSE: A spool type changeover valve is provided to have a pilot valve in one, to be convenient to assemble by fixing each component to keep a button at the state of fixing by pushing and turning a button manually, to correspond to either a 110-volt alternating current or a 220-volt alternating current and to connect with power sources directly without additional parts. CONSTITUTION: A spool type changeover valve comprises: a pilot valve box(34) equipped with a cylinder(36) and a pilot room(38) communicating with each other, a P-line connecting passage having an outlet(46) on an inner surface(38a) of the pilot room and an exhaust passage(48); a piston inserted into the cylinder; an exhaust pilot(76) put into the pilot room and modeled with an outlet(50) connected to the exhaust passage(48) on the opposite surface to the outlet of the pilot room, a through hole on the both sides of the outlet and a cylindrical groove on the front; a flange packing guide inserted into the cylindrical groove of the exhaust pilot to be slidable and equipped with an open-cut groove, a hole on the center and a projection extended through the through hole of the exhaust pilot and projected to the rear of the exhaust pilot; a flange packing inserted into the hole of the flange packing guide, interposed between the outlet of the inner surface of the pilot room and the outlet of the exhaust pilot to be movable and pushed to the rear by a spring; and a flange(77) located on the rear of the exhaust pilot and contacted with the projection of the flange packing guide to be pushed to the front by a spring and to be movable to the rear by a solenoid.
