PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition for sol which is excellent in safeness and water resistance and is suitable for toy molding. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin component comprising (a-1) 30-70 wt.% vinyl chloride resin for paste having an average particle size of 0.1μm-5.0μm and (a-2) 30-70 wt.% blend vinyl chloride resin having an average particle size of 10.0μm-200.0μm and (b) 20-150 pts.wt. glycerin ester represented by formula I (R1, R2, and R3 are each H or an acyl group provided that the acyl groups comprises 2C acyl groups and 10-14C acyl groups, that the content of 2C acyl is, on average, 2 mol or lower per mol of glycerin, that the content of 10-14C acyl is, on average, 0.9 mol or higher per mol of glycerin, and that the total content of acyl groups is, on average, 2.7-3.0 mol per mol of glycerin).
