PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sliding surface of a fixed scroll end plate from rising by assuring a sealability between the inner peripheral space and outer peripheral space of a supporting member and by a deformation produced when bolts are tightened in a mechanism for tightening the supporting member to the fixed scroll end plate with bolts. SOLUTION: A fixed scroll 210 is formed so that an annular groove 252 is formed in the sliding surfaces of the end plate of the fixed scroll 210 and the end plate of a swing scroll 213 therebetween, and the outer edge of the annular groove 252 is formed so as to position on the outside of the envelope 260 of the swing scroll 213 and on the inside of bolts 250 for tightening the fixed scroll to a supporting member 221.
