PURPOSE: Provided is an acetylated N-acetyl phytosphingosine retinamide derivative, which can be used as an inhibitor against skin aging, wrinkles, skin-roughness, skin-spot and as a functional material of medicine or cosmetics for atopy, pimples, psoriasis, skin-dryness, antimicrobe, and antiinflammation. CONSTITUTION: The acetylated N-acetyl phytosphingosine retinamide derivative (formula 1) is produced by reacting N-acetyl phytosphingosine and a retinoic acid derivative in the presence of a condensing agent selected from 1,3-dicyclohexyl carbodiimide(DCC) or N,N-carbonyl diimidazol(CDI) and an organic amine catalyst to obtain N-acetyl phytosphingosine retinamide derivative, followed by reacting the N-acetyl phytosphingosine retinamide derivative with acetic anhydride.
