PURPOSE: A drowsiness drive preventing device is simple in structure and has improved reliability detecting drowsiness. CONSTITUTION: A drowsiness drive preventing device comprises a main body, a tilt sensor(12), a warning signal generating circuit(13), a horizontal sensor(17), a setting signal generating circuit(18), a speaker(14), and a power resource(16). The main body is that a driver put on his/her ear and has speaker holes thereon. The tilt sensor(12) is installed inside the main body and activated when tilted as the driver's head tilt and deactivated when horizontal as the driver erects his/her head. The waning signal generating circuit(13) is installed inside the main body and connected with the tilt sensor(12) to output warning signal when the tilt sensor(12) is activated. The horizontal sensor(17) is installed inside the main body to be activated when horizontal and deactivated when tilted. The setting signal generating circuit(18) is installed inside the main body and connected with the horizontal sensor(17) to generate setting signal for a certain time when the horizontal sensor(17) is activated. The speaker(14) generates setting signal sound by the warning signal and setting signal transmitted.
