PURPOSE:To fix a rolled end part positively and tightly, by mounting integrally an insert board and a reinforcing steel plate longitudinally along the inner side of the rolled end of a skin material. CONSTITUTION:The insert board 16 comprising a hard vinyl chloride resin plate is secured integrally and longitudinally along the undersurface of the rolled end 15 of an extended piece 14 corresponding to the waist section 3, the insert board 16 is inserted in a clip 9 to fix a front rolled end 15a of the extended piece 14, and the extended piece 14 is fixed to the side surface of the waist section 3a with it placed along the curved shape of the waist section 3a. The rear rolled end 15b is welded to the rear of the insert board 16 that is cut to have a width corresponding to the width of a groove in which the insert board 16 is inserted, and has a part narrower than the width of the front rolled end 15a which is inserted, and the narrower part has the reinforcing steel plate 17 integrally mounted thereto. |
