PURPOSE: A fan shelf is provided to cool the rack type communication system and the various device within the electrical and electronic system. CONSTITUTION: The fan shelf(10) comprises a fan, an air outlet for deflating of air, and a fan grill having a grill groove for enlarging the air outlet cooling area. The fan grill covers the air outlet and performs the second cooling for the exhausted air.
