PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a fire-extinguisher to a specified location at a normal time, easily carry the fire-extinguisher to a using place when a fire occurs or the like, and easily change the discharging distance or the discharging direction when a fire-extinguishing agent is discharged from the fire-extinguisher. SOLUTION: A fire-extinguisher 9 is loaded on a carrier 1 having rolling wheels 4. The carrier 1 can be self-supported. Then, a nozzle-holding section 6, which holds a nozzle 93 at the tip end of the fire-extinguishing agent- discharging hose 92 of the fire-extinguisher 9 facing forward, is formed.
